All of our 8x8 flower walls rent for $400, plus delivery. Our 8x6 Scarlett wall rents for $325 plus delivery. 

To get started, submit a contact form under the “Booking/Quote” section to check availability and discuss your specific vision with us. A $100 booking deposit is required to reserve your date and the flower wall of your choice. This deposit will be applied to your order total and is non-refundable but can be transferred to a later date (subject to availability). Let’s bring your event vision to life!

Yes! We deliver, setup, and come back to break down the flower walls. 

While we mainly focus on the Champaign-Urbana area, we are happy to deliver to surrounding cities. There is an additional travel fee outside of Champaign-Urbana. 

It takes approximately 1 hour to set up a flower wall rental, but we request 2 hours just to be safe.

A standard rental is up to 24 hours, but we have options for you to rent up to 7 days.

Yes, we also rent neon signs to help tie in your celebration. Neon signs rent for additional $50 with flower wall rental. We offer Happy Birthday, Bride to Be, Happily Ever After and Oh Baby.

Generally not unless approved by us. We do not recommend backdrops be placed outside unless there is a structured wall behind it and there is no rain or strong winds in the forecast. Another thing to consider is safety. You must have a flat ground where the wall will be placed. The walls are extremely heavy so we recommend placing in front of a wall. Also, our walls can not be left outside overnight as being exposed to any moisture can spoil the silk flowers.

Due to the delicate structure of our backdrops, we kindly request that they not be moved by anyone other than a Luxe Balloons & Backdrops team member. If you need the backdrop relocated during your event, please contact us in advance for information on associated fees.
