Our custom creations take lots of time to design and execute so the sooner you can book the better! We strongly suggest booking at least three weeks in advance to avoid disappointment when we’re already booked or don’t have the materials your vision requires.

Yes, there is a $275 minimum for custom on-site installations (we come to you).  Anything less, can be made fully constructed and available for pickup (see Grab & Go Garlands) or delivery (classic columns and towers). 

We calculate delivery & installation fees on top of your order for on-site setups (Classic columns, organic columns and Luxe towers- NO INSTALLATION FEE). Our standard installation fee is 20% of your order total for indoor events, additional depending on complexity of the installation. Outdoor events and more complex installations are additional. Columns and towers are only subject to a delivery fee. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our home based studio to your event location. 

Yes, there is a $200 booking fee/deposit.  This reserves your date with us, goes towards the order total and is non-refundable, but transferrable to a later date (subject to our availability).

Clients may pay with cash, check, credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. 

We will certainly try our best! Last-minute orders are only accepted based on our availability and may be limited to only the balloons we have in stock. The order total for last-minute bookings will be due upfront and are subject to a rush booking fee. 

Business entities that require a check to be processed for payment do not require a deposit and flexibility will be granted for payment due date. 

The time it takes to install our balloon décor varies and is based on the scale of the design. Most of our inflating is done ahead of time so that we can try to keep it to under two hours whenever possible. Columns and towers can delivered and setup usually within an hour max. 

If you would like us to return to pop and properly dispose of the balloons after your event is over, we can. There is fee for this.  Please let us know in advance if you wish to add this service. 

We only work with the highest quality latex and foil Mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated. 

No, all of our balloon designs are air-filled, not helium. Additionally, we do not offer helium bouquets.
